Periodic seminars

Content

These seminars are designed to meet the requirements of all those interested or needing to receive new information concerning specific area of pharmaceutical medicine.

The basic philosophy behind these seminars is based on several factors:

Availability

Seminars are organised as one-day sessions and are designed to meet the time restrictions of company employees, or, as the case may be, designed to respect the participant’s work commitments.

Frequency

The frequency of the seminars provides the possibility to communicate the most recent knowledge and changes in the field of pharmaceutical medicine. They are designed to ensure frequent and updating of knowledge and information. It enables all professionals newly entering the pharmaceutical environment to promptly gain orientation in the field.

Current Topics

Lecturers regularly update the information given to keep it in line with the most recent legislative, scientific, and social requirements. These seminars are designed to provide continuing education and up-to-date information.

Interactivity

The seminars are organised for small groups (5-20), which enables passive listening to the topic of the seminar as well as active involvement in discussions with the lecturers and the other participants. This system enables much more information to be obtained, which is of benefit not only for those attending, but also for the lecturer who may adapt the content of the seminar to meet the interests and requirements of the participants.

Pan-European Experience

Each seminar will be taught by lecturers from the Czech Republic and one professional from within the European Union. Our lecturers are nationally/internationally recognized professionals in their fields. We are very pleased to have the commitment of the European Pharma School (EPS) who have promised to participate in the organisation of the seminars. Thus, we will be able to host lectures from the following institutions: 3rd School of Medicine of the Charles University; Cardiff University/BrAPP; EUCROF; and EMEA.

Certification

The seminars will be certified by the EPS, ensuring their scientific standard. The quality of the lectures will be monitored by the professional advisory panel and therefore the certification will have European-wide validity.

The seminars will reflect all the news from the field of pharmaceutical medicine. In contrast to the postgraduate course, the seminars are designed to focus on one part of an issue from the field of pharmaceutical medicine, and are open for the public. Together with affordability and quality of lecturers invited, the seminars are a unique chance to keep oneself continuously informed of all news in the area of development, research, registration, and safety of pharmaceuticals.

This course is designed for

healthcare professionals, researchers working in public sector/academia, employees of pharmaceutical companies, CRO, and others interested in gaining basic orientation, or, as the case may be, updates in the relevant area of research, development, registration, and safety of pharmaceuticals.
